The Gathering
Return to the shores of Rimrock Lake for three days of acro yoga, deep connection, and mountain magic. This isn't just a retreat—it's a homecoming for those who know that the most profound experiences happen when we lift each other up.
Whether you're a seasoned flyer, a grounded base, or curious about your first bird pose, you'll find your people here. Under towering pines and endless sky, we practice presence, play with gravity, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
All levels welcome. Bring your open heart, your willingness to learn, and your favorite camping gear. Leave with new skills, lasting friendships, and a body that remembers what joy feels like.
What Awaits
Daily workshops for all levels—from foundations to flows. Learn new skills, refine your technique, and discover what's possible when bodies trust each other.
Greet each day with gentle movement as mist rises from the lake. Optional morning practice to center your body and open your heart.
As stars emerge, we gather. Share stories, music, and laughter around crackling flames. This is where community deepens.
Fall asleep to lapping waves, wake to bird song. Camping keeps us close to nature and each other. Tent or car camping welcome.
Cool off between sessions with a swim, try partner acro in the shallows, or simply float and watch clouds drift by.
Unstructured play time to explore, experiment, and connect. Find new partners, try wild ideas, let creativity flow.
The Flow
The Setting
Nestled in the Cascade Range about 40 miles west of Yakima, Rimrock Lake offers the perfect backdrop for our gathering. Crystal waters, towering evergreens, and mountain vistas create a natural sanctuary for movement and connection.
The campsite provides flat grassy areas perfect for acro practice, easy lake access for cooling off, and the kind of starlit skies you can only find away from city lights.
